I met Michelle at Noric House and she has been working with my mom for over a year now.  She is a talented person, responding to my mother's need to be active, silly and connecting to others.  She is always cheerful and playful with my mom, using a variety of ways to engage her and get her to laugh if she is not cheerful when Michelle first sees her.  Anyone with a parent or loved one will appreciate the kind of care and work Michelle does.  It is first rate.

This young lady, is so loving, caring, giving and almost magical in everything she does.  Michelle puts her heart and soul into everything she does and is one of the those people that you know from the time you meet her that this is a person that will make a positive change in the world we live in.  I have to say "Thanks Michelle" for all you have given myself, my family and especially the residents you worked with.  You truly are a unique and special individual.

With her unrelenting passion and enthusiasm for the elderly and adults with disibilities, Michelle Dallyn is a "force to be reckoned with"!!  I had the honor of working with Michelle for many years. Michelle has a heart of gold and genuinely cares about each person she works with.   I would highly recommend Michelle and her team to anyone who wants the BEST care possible.  There are similar services available but I strongly feel that Michelle and Empowered Recreation and Rehabilitation is the service to put your trust in.  I would not hesitate to have Michelle involved in my care or in the care of my loved ones.  Michelle is quite simply, "the BEST"!
